Melissa, Kristen, Deidre, and I on the rim of the Grand Canyon.
After packing (and repacking) our gear for four days in the canyon, we're
ready to start our descent.
I seem to not have any pictures from the bottom...hmmm, it's just as
well...the film would have melted anyway from the 100+ temps.
Coming out along the Bright Angel Trail, we found a nice shaded spot to rest.
Shade is nice, but the best way to cool off is hanging out by the stream.
The stream kept going, forging a steep path through the rocks on it's trek
to the Colorado River.
Exploring downstream proved to be a bit tricky.
Looking back up to Deidre, relaxing in the stream.
Hanging out by the stream.
Enjoying the view from Plateau Point.
