Preventative Measures

1) Use only initials on checks, so someone who steals them will not know
how to sign them (the bank does know).
2) Don't sign the back of credit cards. Instead put "Photo ID Required."
3) Print only the last 4 digits of your account number on a check when
paying a credit card bill.
4) On checks:
A) Use your work number
B) use a P.O. Box if you have one
C) Don't put your SS# on checks
5) Make a copy of everything in your wallet
