During my graduate years I have worked on algorithms for graphical models. Recently, my former research group at University of California, Irvine has launched the website GraphModAlg@UCI.

Exact probability of evidence in Bayesian networks

I have contributed with C++ implementation of AND/OR search for computing the probability of evidence in Bayesian networks.

Executables for several other algorithms (exact and approximate) are also available.
